2023 Lowcountry Bottom Fishing Rodeo

The Lowcountry Bottom Fishing Rodeo returns for its fifth year in Charleston waters. It will be July 14-16 at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. 

All proceeds benefit Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission to be a light in the depth of pain and a hope in the day to day for first responders, individuals in crisis and communities throughout the Tri-County. To learn more, click here.

Tournament Information

Entry allows anglers to fish for all 3 days!

Entry Fees

Inshore / Bottom Fishing: $75 per angler

*Inshore: flounder, sea trout, sheepshead & Spanish mackerel
*Bottom Fish: red snapper, amber jack, black sea bass, grouper, triggerfish, vermilion snapper

*All local DNR rules and regulations must be followed.

*All entries are by angler. This is not a team tournament.

What You Can Win
Bottom and Inshore Fish (based on 100 entries)
$500 for the largest bottom fish in each category

Additional Categories
$500 for largest fish caught by a first responder
$300 for largest fish caught by a lady angler (18 years and older)
$300 for largest fish caught by a youth angler (under 18 years old)
